Unfortunately, the Mariners lost to the Giants, but we had a great time anyway. We'll be back in Seattle for another game at the end of July. Here's some pics.

Go Ichiro!!!
While in Seattle with Doug's brother Matt, we also went to Safeco Field for a Mariner's game. None of us had ever been to Safeco Field so it was fun to check out the park. We got there fairly early so Doug & Matt toured the park while Michael & I found a kids playland to explore. MJ had a great time at the baseball game. He liked to yell "Go Ichiro!". On our way back from a trip to the bathroom, Michael ran into the Mariner Moose & was able to hug him & give him high fives. It's too bad that I didn't have my camera with me for that - who thinks to bring a camera for a trip to the potty???

Hate to show my ignorance, but what is Ichiro?? Being a sports nut, I'm sure Matt had a good time in Seattle.

Ichiro is one of the top players on the Mariners. He comes from Japan.
