Around Christmas, we went up to the mountain for a few days. My nephew, Matthew, and I decided to try snowboarding. So, we went to Skibowl to find out about lessons. Michael came along and saw some other smaller kids skiing, and using the rope tow. He very sure that he wanted to try skiing. When we found out that we could rent him skis for only $8, we went for it!
Here's some video of his very first time on skis. He did this a few times, and then he wanted to try the rope-tow. He tried twice on the rope tow, and did make it a good 25-30 feet before falling. He loved it! We're obviously going to have to try it again.

Wow Michael! You go! Maybe you'll be in the 2016 winter olympics! I've never had the guts to try myself. Maybe you need to try for the first time when you're only 4 yrs. old, huh? No fear.
